At the heart of this course is the idea that future lawyers will need to have knowledge of national, European and international laws and institutions. You will be expected to take an interest in general legal issues and to be able to comment on developments in the law, including new case law and legislation, based on your analysis of commentary in appropriate media and other reading. |
